Let me preface this by stating that due to health reasons I've chosen to go vegetarian, so I have been trying various places that serve falafels, it being one of my favorites. The falafels here are easily one of the best I've found and have been back several times. The cook/owner (?) serves it up quickly and spot on with the right amount of fresh veggies and falafels patties. The falafels are always crunchie on the outside and perfectly done in the middle, with just the right amount of dressing. Why it didn't get a five is that like a previous reviewer, they're always prepping on the tables inside the seating area. Suffice it to say though, there are four tables outside. Its still my go to place for a wrap when I'm in the area.

2.5 stars. I came here because of the rave reviews, but Yelpers, you did me wrong this time.
I like Mediterranean food, but this just wasn't good. Not only that, but I felt like I was a burden to the staff just moments after walking into Top Falafel. The guy behind the counter was impatient waiting for me to decide what to order. None of the people working this morning were welcoming or friendly.
They have a huge sign that said shawarma, but shawarma was nowhere to be found on the menu. Hm, false advertising. I decided on a gyro plate with garlic sauce, was charged extra for the sauce, but they forgot to pack it in my to-go bag. The portions were huge, but the plate was a ripoff for the ~$16 I spent. Their gyro plate comes with rice, hummus, tzatziki, and pita bread. Gyro meat was salty, rice was oily, hummus and tzatziki were standard. Honestly, the best part of my plate was the pita bread which isn't saying much because they don't make their own pita bread. I don't mind spending a little more on good food served by nice people, but this just wasn't worth it.
Maybe I made a mistake by not getting falafel. I mean, they are called 'Top Falafel' after all. However, because of the subpar service, I won't return to try it. There are so many other better places in the valley for cheaper and yummy middle eastern food. -

Was catching a movie at the Cinemark for the first time and saw all the great yelp reviews so i thought I'd check it out. Man that lady knows how to cook! I got the falafel plate that came with hummus, tahini, falafel, pita, mixed pickle vegetables and salad. It was honestly the best falafel I've had. Everything was on point and she put detail into the food with a nice presentation.
Wife got the gyro plate which came with gyro, pita, tatziki, hummus, rice and mixed pickle vegetables. She loved it. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area cause now I'm craving it. -

Bottom line: May be a stretch to claim themselves as 'top-top' but cheap, so try top falafel for a quick bite to eat.
Needed to Palliate my middle-eastern craving, and I was in somewhat of a rush, so I tried this.
The first thing I noticed unfortunately right away was the browning lettuce on the chef's make-line. Not a good sign. Also unsure if falafel sandwiches require any regular normal lettuce.
My expectations were low, but the end result actually wasn't quite bad.
The falafels themselves are just okay. I descried a cross/hair section, and the insides were brownish, not fiery green like most places.
At least the sandwich was cheap, but they slathered it with hummus and tahini sauces to such an exorbitant degree , I couldn't judge the other veggies for freshness.
